If you have already gone for a flower consultation then you know that the bouquets and boutineeres alone can cost up to $1,000! So how can you do all the flowers for your wedding for less? DIY!!!
The first thing you need to decide is what type of flowers you want to use. Roses are one on fthe most common lowers and will be used in all of our examples. Calla Liles, Orchids, Astaic Lilies, Alsotromeria, Hydrangea, Tulips and Stephanotis are also commonly used wedding flowers.
All of our examples will assume 10 total attendants (5 bridesmaids, 5 groomsmen) and 15 reception tables..
The Ceremony – We do not recommend spending money on flowers for the ceremony. Not only are most ceremony sites already beautiful, but, the ceremony is the one part of the night were every pair of eyes is sure to be on the bride and groom. If you feel you must have some flowers, read our article on Bouquets for a Ceremony.
