Rates:

The rates posted are for weekly rentals, our condo bi-laws do not permit weekend rentals. Checkout is at 11am Saturday. Checkin is at 3pm Saturday,





Payment:

A signed contract is requied to hold a reservation. After a contract has been signed, a $500 Security deposit must be received within 10 days or we will release the reservation (security deposit must be made by check).

One half of the rental fee is due 60 days prior to the reservatoin date. Payment in full is due 30 days prior to the reservaton. Failure to make a scheduled payment will result in a cancellation

Important Unit Policies

Families Only ~ While we know there are many responsible young adults out there we do not rent to prom groups
or college students. (sorry)

Smoking is not permitted anywhere on premise including on the roof-top terrace and any of the balconies.
Violating this will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of the rental and security deposit.

Cancellation:

60 days notice, a full refund will be issued
31 to 69 days a 50% refund will be issued (100% if re-rented)
30 days or less, no refund will be issued unless the unit is re-rented
